依消費者保護法規定,透過 Mirage Festival 官方線上商城購買之商品,自商品送達之日起享有 7 天鑑賞期(含假日)。
以下商品依「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」,不適用七天鑑賞期:
易於腐壞或保存期限較短之食品飲品
客製化及個人化商品
經拆封之影音商品(CD、黑膠唱片、DVD 等)
已拆封之個人衛生用品
數位下載商品及序號卡
禮品卡或儲值卡
商品須為全新未使用,且無人為造成之汙損、破損或磨損
商品須保留完整原包裝(含外盒、吊牌、配件及贈品)
須提供購買憑證(訂單編號或電子發票)
一、聯繫客服
消費者須於收到商品七日內寄送電子郵件至 mirage.festival.tw@gmail.com,並提供姓名、訂單編號、聯絡電話、退貨商品名稱、退貨原因及商品照片。
二、取得授權
客服確認申請內容後,將提供退貨指引與寄送資訊。
三、寄回商品
消費者須依客服指示妥善包裝並寄回商品,未經授權自行寄回者恕不受理。
❗ 請勿將商品寄回給製造商,退貨請依客服指示寄送。
僅限商品有製造瑕疵或運送損壞之情形,提供同品項更換。如需換貨,請依上述退貨流程聯繫客服,並附上瑕疵照片。
如欲更換不同尺寸或款式,建議先辦理退貨,再重新下單選購。

於 Mirage Festival 活動現場購買之周邊商品,一經售出恕不退換。購買前請當場確認商品尺寸、款式及狀態。
如發現商品有明顯製造瑕疵,請於活動期間內向原攤位反映;若於活動結束後才發現瑕疵,請於活動結束後 7 天內來信客服並附上瑕疵照片,經確認後將協助更換同品項商品(視庫存狀況而定)。
超過退貨期限(線上 7 天/現場活動結束後 7 天)
商品已使用、洗滌、改造,或因人為因素造成汙損、破損
商品包裝不完整,或缺少配件、贈品、發票

本活動票券退票依文化部「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」辦理,採級距式退票方案:
退票時間與手續費
演出日 31 天前(含)以上 -票面金額之10%
演出日前第 11–30 天 -票面金額之 30%
演出日前第 3–10 天-票面金額之 50%
演出日前 2 天內及演出當日- 不予退票
退票請透過原購票平台辦理,並依該平台退票流程操作
若退票事由不可歸責於消費者(如主辦方因素),不收取手續費
票券售出後不提供換票服務。如需更換場次或票種,請先辦理退票再重新購票。
活動取消:若因主辦方因素取消活動且未另行安排替代場次,將辦理全額退費
活動延期或變更日期:主辦方將公告退票方式,消費者可選擇保留票券或辦理退票,不收取手續費
演出陣容變更:票券係為參加 Mirage Festival 整體活動而購買,個別演出者異動不構成退票事由
天候因素:本活動為雨天照常舉辦之戶外活動,因天候不佳導致部分節目調整,不予退票。如因不可抗力因素(颱風、地震等)導致活動無法舉行,將另行公告退費辦法
每張票券限單人單次入場使用,離場後不得重複入場(除非活動規則另有說明)
票券不得加價轉售,違反《文化創意產業發展法》第 10 條之 1 相關規定者,主辦方有權取消該票券資格且不予退費
票券遺失、被竊或毀損,恕不補發亦不退費
主辦單位保留活動內容及相關條款之最終解釋權。

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, all items purchased through the official Mirage Festival online store are eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).
The following items are exempt from the 7-day return window as stipulated by applicable regulations:
Perishable goods including food and beverages
Custom-made or personalized items
Opened audio/visual products (CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, etc.)
Opened personal hygiene products
Digital downloads and activation codes
Gift cards and stored-value cards
Items must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage not caused by manufacturing defects
Items must be returned in their original, complete packaging (including boxes, tags, accessories, and any bundled gifts)
Proof of purchase is required (order number or e-invoice)
Contact us: Email mirage.festival.tw@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your name, order number, phone number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos of the item(s).
Receive authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with shipping details.
Ship the item: Package the item securely and send it as directed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns must follow the instructions provided by our team.
Exchanges are available only for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and include photos of the defect.
If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

All merchandise purchased at the Mirage Festival venue is final sale. Please verify sizing, style, and condition before completing your purchase.
If you discover a manufacturing defect, please bring it to the attention of the vendor during the event. If you notice a defect after the event, contact us at the email above within 7 days of the event’s conclusion with photos of the issue. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Items returned after the applicable deadline (7 days from delivery for online; 7 days from event end for on-site)
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged through normal wear
Items with incomplete packaging, or missing accessories, gifts, or proof of purchase
Custom-made items, gift cards, and digital downloads
Opened audio/visual products and personal hygiene items
Food and beverage products
Fraudulent or excessive return activity
Ticket refunds are processed in accordance with Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture regulations governing performing arts ticket contracts. Mirage Festival applies a tiered refund schedule based on how far in advance the request is made:

31 or more days before the event : Processing Fee 10% of ticket face value
11–30 days before the event : Processing Fee 30% of ticket face value
3–10 days before the event : Processing Fee 50% of ticket face value
Within 2 days of or on the event date: Processing Fee No refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through the original ticketing platform
No processing fees will be charged when the cause of cancellation is attributable to the organizer
Ticket exchanges are not available. If you need to change your ticket type or event date, please request a refund and purchase a new ticket.
Event cancellation: If Mirage Festival is cancelled by the organizer and no alternative date is offered, a full refund will be issued
Event postponement or date change: Ticket holders may choose to keep their tickets for the rescheduled date or request a full refund with no processing fees
Lineup changes: Tickets are purchased for the Mirage Festival experience as a whole. Changes to individual performers do not constitute grounds for a refund
Weather: Mirage Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Schedule adjustments due to weather conditions do not qualify for refunds. In the event of force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) that prevents the event from taking place, refund arrangements will be announced separately
Each ticket admits one person for a single entry. Re-entry after exiting the venue is not permitted unless otherwise stated in the event guidelines
Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited under Taiwan’s Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act. Tickets found to have been resold at a markup will be voided without refund
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued Non-replaceable and non-refundable.
The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the event content and relevant terms.
